yes, it's been a week. i have no excuses outside of i haven't had much to say and i'm trying to figure out exactly what i want to say. videos can only do so much :)
anyway, i know a few folks going through some shit right now. some real heavy shit. so this post is dedicated to them.
groove theory had a a big hit and two moderately well known songs that charted, then they disbanded. "damn, gina!" they were good together, i hear rumors that they're reuniting but i actually dig amel's solo offerings and bryce has been doing his acting thing.
and since i quoted martin, i hope this clip cheers some hearts up
